Attached is a picture of what the ID card will look like. It has a huge HMA on it, but it also has a tiny Priority Health logo at the bottom. Just know that the Andrews employee plan uses HMA as a TPA through Priority Health and they are par with Lakeland Care.
The Lakeland Care Network logo should be on these ID cards, but unfortunately it is missing which is causing confusion for patients and offices alike.
Please reassure any of your HMA Andrews University employees to let them know your offices are participating.
