Cost: $20.00 per person, if registered by noon the Friday prior to the meeting
Late Registrants: $30.00 per person
Payment: Payment is expected by the meeting date and can be made at the door via a check made payable to Lakeland Medical Office Association, or with cash (exact change), or you can mail your check to LMOA, PO Box 144, Stevensville, MI 49127.
