In this member session we will discuss these questions and develop a common understanding on where to begin.
- What does it mean to be engaged?
- What does a positive and engaged team look like?
- Who is responsible for the culture of the organization?
- What are the benefits to the health system/manager/team member to have an engaged team?
- How long will it take to create an engaged team?
- What are the responsibilities of the physicians in the creation of an engaged team?
It isn’t easy work to create an engaged team and there is not a simple recipe. The results of such a team are very clear and one of the most important leadership challenges.
