Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network will be announcing the alignment of Blue Cross physician organizations and BCN medical care groups in the following provider newsletters:
- Hospital and Physician Update, May-June 2024 issue, which publishes May 30
- Value Partnerships Update, June 2024 issue, which publishes June 14
- BCN Provider News, July-August 2024 issue, which publishes June 26
- The Record, July 2024 issue, which publishes June 28
Each of these publications will link to a list of PO/MCG contacts for primary care providers who wish to pursue alignment now. Although we obtained confirmation on who to list for PCPs to contact, if you have changes in the future for this list, please reach out to your contracting contact.

- Open an email from any of the above publications and click Update profile at the bottom.
- Click Subscription Center.
- Check a publication to subscribe or uncheck a publication to unsubscribe and click Update.
