REMINDER: DESIGNATE YOUR PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER
For the 2020 plan year, Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) were auto-assigned by Priority Health in the system, which may not reflect your current provider. Correct PCP assignment influences many aspects of care so it is important to make sure yours is up to date. Please take a few minutes and log in to the Priority Health Online Member Account (you may need to create one) and verify you have been assigned the correct PCP or make the correction if you have not. Go to www.priorityhealth.com/member, log in, and look in the “My Primary Care” box to see who you are currently assigned to. If it is incorrect, click on “Find a new primary physician.” Then type in your physician’s name and choose them.
