The Lakeland Medical Office Association invites you to attend our September season kick-off luncheon and seminar.
Program: Enhancing the A/R Management Cycle and Reducing Bad Debt
The effectiveness of the cash flow management process is determined by how well the accounts receivable is managed. Optimally, not creating the receivable in the first place is having the patient pay up front. However, collecting payment at the time of service may not be practical or customary, so any receivable needs to be closely monitored and managed with effective collection strategies. Lisa will share healthy ways to collect more patient balances earlier in the process and how to keep up with the changing laws surrounding debt collections.
Why you should attend?
· To learn how to make sure your outstanding debts are paid back first
· To explore tools & techniques that facilitate an enhanced A/R process
· To review what to say and what not to say when asking for money
· To protect your practice from changing laws surrounding debt collections
