Program: De-Escalation Techniques for ‘Bad’ Behavior in Physician Offices
Come join us at our next LMOA where Rich Matthews and Al DiBrito from SH Lakeland Safety & Security continue to provide us training on safety in the physician offices. This time, they will focus on the steps to de-escalate verbally combative customers, and provide us with some “key words at key times” as we role play some challenging scenarios.

Cost: $20.00 per person, if registered by noon the Friday prior to the meeting
