Preparing for an Aging Workforce
Are you prepared for an aging workforce? Does your organization have resources available to employees with aging or ill family members? Many people do not know where to turn for help when faced with challenges related to aging, retirement, illness, palliative care or end-of-life related situations. Learning about the aging workforce is an opportunity to better prepare your organization and your employees for this change of life.
Please join us to learn about what resources are available to employers regarding aging and illness. This seminar will include speakers from Medicare, Social Security, Caring Circle and Area Agency on Aging who will share their expertise on an aging workforce.
The format of this seminar will include a short presentation from each organization with a networking opportunity at the very end. Each organization will have a table for employers to ask additional questions, collect informational material, and engage in conversation.
Employers will gain the knowledge and connections to better provide their employees with assistance on aging or illness, whether for themselves, or a loved one.
