Humana: Availity Overpayment Tool Provider Webinar Schedule

Exciting News From the CCM Digital Provider Strategy Team!!!

We are happy to announce that the Humana CCM Digital Provider Strategy team will be holding regularly scheduled live webinars to demo and train providers on the Availity Overpayment Tool.  These webinars will typically be scheduled for the first Tuesday and Thursday of the month at 10:00am or 1:00pm (EST).

 

This webinar is scheduled for 90 minutes, and will be packed with great information about this useful tool.  We will walk through where to find the Overpayment Tool on the Availity portal, how to navigate within the tool, and all of the functionalities designed to “make it easy” to manage your overpayments with Humana.  At the end we will allow time for a Q&A session.

 

We do need your help to make this successful! You will be receiving invites for each webinar that is scheduled. Please forward to your provider groups and the market teams so we can reach as many participants as possible.

 

**Providers will only need to attend 1 webinar, as we will be covering the same content.
