Claim status notifications available on the CignaforHCP.com Message Center

If you’re a registered user for the Cigna for Health Care Professionals website and have the Claim Search entitlement, you can now view notifications in the Message Center for claims that have been processed, pended, or denied. The Message Center can automatically provide daily emails informing you of these claim status changes or you can set your own preferences.

Network News is easy to navigate

It’s easy to find what you’re looking for, including policy and network updates, as well as industry tools and resources.

Here’s a handful of quick tips*

•	Use the arrows at the top or right of the page to advance or go back a page.

•	Click the clipboard icon at the bottom of the page to return to the table of contents.

•	Use the circle icons at the bottom of the page to jump from section to section.

•	Click the magnifying glass icon at the top of the page to increase the newsletter’s size.**

•	Click the folder icon at the top-left corner of the page to view past issues.
