Quality and Patient Experience... Why Does it Matter to Me?

This presentation will discuss the evolution of patient satisfaction surveys in the inpatient and ambulatory setting, as well as their indication of patient experience. In 2019, two specific questions will be included on the Lakeland Care Network scorecard for primary care providers. We will review tips for assessing barriers to goals for these measures and optimizing provider time while improving scores.
